Hello and welcome to my personal weblog. Since 2003 I have been using William McGill (dot com) to catalog the various elements of my life such as family, hobbies, adventures and professional endeavors. Over the years this site has slowly evolved from simple HTML into the dynamic database-driven website of today. (Many thanks to WordPress and Debian GNU/Linux)
Recently I chose to take an extended hiatus from the social media sites. All the happenings and things were overwhelming me to the point where a break seemed in order and in my absence I’ve become more focused on developing this site. Unlike the work I poured into social media; I retain complete ownership of the work I do here, and that makes me happy. Here within my site you will find, to the level I wish publicized, tiny bits of who I am and what I do.
Creating visual aesthetics and conjuring up proper grammar are not necessarily my forte, thus your comments and suggestions are highly encouraged, precipitously wanted, and immensely appreciated.
